All kinds of weight charts are available here.
1. Perhaps weight charts suggesting an ideal weight for your height.
Visit my page about weight charts from Met Life. No doubt you've seen them elsewhere on the internet... they're everywhere. But they are not satisfactory. (read why.)
2. Or, weight charts showing national average weights.
Visit the weight charts collection showing population data from America. See what other people weigh at different ages.
3. Or, Track your weight loss over time, on a weight chart.
Use a simple spreadsheet in Microsoft-Excel, to chart your weight loss over time. It will automatically adjust to look good and scale its axes correctly.
Below is my own example. I lost weight during 1999 and gradually regained it during 2000 and 2001. Interesting, (and not unexpected), don't you think?

You can download the spreadsheet for this chart, edit it to start over for you, and enter your own data, day by day. Its a 96 kilobyte download, in MS-Excel format: Download weight chart.
( If you Right-Click and "Save Target as", you can download that file to any spot you want, without automatically opening MS-Excel.)
4. Or, Try a commercial software product specializing in weight charts.
This software Weight-by- Date for Windows
makes weight charts, sort of like the one shown above, (but nicer). It graphs
many other useful indicators about your diet progress. It's quite good, and
you get what you pay for. I recommend it.
5. Or, Maybe you really need a Specialized Calculator instead of a chart.
Instead of using a look-up table or chart, you might find these health calculators handy. The Body Mass Index BMI calculator, and the Ideal Weight calculators are both extremely popular.
There you have it. I made this page because my website was getting a lot of Search Engine searches for "weight charts", but they were going to all sorts of obscure pages on my site. So, I made this page to put all the different types together on one page, kind of like a mini index. If you like this page, please make a bookmark. You won't find this kind of detail anywhere else!
